Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders placed through VANITYHAVEN. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees – the shipping cost is always included in the price you see. This applies to all eligible items shipped within the contiguous United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, additional charges may apply and will be clearly communicated at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied to your order; no promo code is needed.
Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Our team carefully inspects and packages each item to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. During peak seasons or promotional periods, handling times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days; we will notify you if any significant delay occurs.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily cut-off time for order processing is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day. For example, an order submitted at 5:30 PM EST on a Monday will begin handling on Tuesday. If your order is placed after 5:00 PM EST on a Friday, it will be processed starting the following Monday. We recommend placing orders before the cut-off to minimize handling delays.
Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, transit time typically ranges between 3–6 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery estimates are calculated from the date the order ships, not from the date of purchase. While most deliveries arrive within this window, actual transit times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. VANITYHAVEN is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package is in transit. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders reliably. Standard shipping is used for all free shipping orders. Expedited and overnight shipping options may be available for an additional fee – please check the checkout page for available upgrades. Delivery times for expedited services are calculated from the date of shipment and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of order. VANITYHAVEN is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at the email below. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, any address change or rerouting must be handled directly with the carrier and may incur additional fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items, but once a package leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date if not received). We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. For stolen packages, we recommend contacting local law enforcement and the carrier. VANITYHAVEN is not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported stolen; please ensure a secure delivery location.
International Shipping & Customs
At this time, VANITYHAVEN primarily ships within the United States. For international orders, shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for international shipments may vary significantly and are not covered by our standard 3–6 day transit estimate. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping options.
