At VANITYHAVEN, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy. This policy applies to all items purchased directly from our online store, unless otherwise noted. We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why we never charge restocking fees on returned merchandise. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. Certain categories, such as final sale items, intimate apparel, and personalized products, may be exempt from this policy – those exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase. For all other items, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate your return or exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Initiating a return or exchange with VANITYHAVEN is simple. Please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or by phone at (206) 555-0199 to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and answer any questions. Once you’ve received your return label, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if available) and affix the label to the parcel. Drop the package off at any designated carrier location. Please retain your tracking number until your return is fully processed.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fee
We believe returning a product should never cost you anything. VANITYHAVEN provides free return shipping for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless a defect or error on our part is involved. Additionally, we do not charge any restocking fees. Your refund will be for the full purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping charges (unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a product defect).
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our policy conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the funds to your account. You will receive an email confirmation from us once the refund has been initiated. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days from our confirmation, please contact us for assistance.
Exchanges
Exchanges are also free and easy with VANITYHAVEN. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, simply follow the same return process and indicate your exchange preference when contacting us. We will reserve the new item for you and ship it as soon as your return is in transit. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund or a store credit instead, at your discretion.
